This hotel is located across from the convention center. It also has access to the convention center without going outside, that is very convenient. The room are very spacious and clean which always a good thing. We loved the large breakfast/bar area. There are lots of seating. We have stayed here three times now and would probably do so again. Our only compliant would be the hotel seems to not be maintained well. This hotel has so much potential. I think if they would take the time and money to fix things up it would make a world of difference, especially in the hallways.
Dec 2024Everything about this place is great. From the location, to the quaint outdoor nooks, and everything in between, this place is a must stay. It is located right outside of Hiawassee, GA. The rooms are spacious and clean. There are so many activities to choose from, not only in the resort but around the property. There are also beautiful pickleball courts about 5-7 minutes down the road. If you are looking for a family retreat or a romantic getaway this place is the one for you. Your stay can be quiet and relaxing or full of adventure. The choice is yours.
Oct 2024If you are looking for a nice place to stay close to the airport this is the place for you. In our experience the staff were very friendly and helpful. They made our stay great. The lobby was beautiful and spacious with lots of seating, especially for eating. There were a couple of comfortable seating areas near the fireplace. There was also a large kitchen and serving area. The kitchen was closed when we arrived but the bar was open so we decided to have a night cap. We were able to leave our car in the secured lot and when it was time to go to the airport the shuttle was ready and waiting. Overall this was a great experience. We would stay there again.
