Beautiful grounds, friendly staff, great service at restaurant and bars. Refrigerator and coffee in the room is great.

The rooms need a refresh. At a minimum they need a deep clean- the vent in the bathroom and the sliding bathroom door were caked in years of dust/crud. I wish we were notified at check in that the water was out due to a main line in the county. The hotel had a reserve that lasted a long time.

Food overall was outstanding. Dinner buffet had many options, all of which were very good tasting and quality. Same for the breakfast. Not often do buffets have plenty of food and excellent quality.

Everything was beautiful and well maintained. The rooms could use some updating but they are clean and comfortable.

It was in a beautiful location.

The pool was very small, and almost nasty feeling. The hot tubs didn’t work. Our room wasn’t cleaned upon arriving. They switched our dates without any confirmation. Gave us an extra night for free in the same room , but then tried to change our room after we left to go shopping and then charged my card.

The staff and facility were wonderful. The only downside of our stay were the bed sheets. They were synthetic and were uncomfortable and lacked breathability.
