The absolute height of luxury and elegance. It's an ideal wedding destination. I always dress up when I go there, even if it's for breakfast in the little cafe. Everything is marble. The lighting is stunning. There are detailed little touches everywhere. If there's room for a chandelier, they have several. The staircases are designed. Everything was created with intentionality. This is a content creator's absolute heaven. Can't miss stop!
With scenic overlooks of the valley and river below, this former shoe company-turned-hotel has a real life dog mascot you can often find hanging out in the lobby. During Christmas, they host a lighting ceremony for their giant Christmas tree and are feet away from the holiday lights on the bluff walk. They're at the end of downtown, so tons of restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance. The place has a cozy feel to it and really plays into their shoe company history!
Super pet friendly...not as much pet accommodating. They love dogs there and have communal water bowls out, but the rooms are very tiny, all hardwood floors, and there are no closets or wardrobes to put things away in so your dog will have access to everything and not many places for them to sit or sleep. The lobby has the bar right in the middle to check in and has tons of games and room for socialization (but at Christmas time the inflatables might scare your dog) It's vibey and fun! It's definitely made for young people. I really enjoyed it there, but I'll probably pick another hotel next time because it wasn't very conducive to traveling with my dogs. Love the place...just not the best for dogs.
