Beautiful room Good location The scenery at the pool was awesome
We had ants that were on our food Paying for the daily valet service was an additional cost that we didn’t need Toilet water splashed on the seat after each flush
It was quiet and comfortable.

Location, view and general aspects of the place. I have stayed in your hotel numerous times and every year pre-Covid and past Covid.
I was put in a room (Room 53) which was a standard room and on the first night I heard some loud noises like a banging sound which I thought came from the rooms beside me. I called guest services to inform them of this. The noise was constant and came in regular intervals and didn't stop even after I informed guest services. I found out later that the banging sounds came from the inside of the walls - so it was either the water pipes or water system or the air conditioning system. The sound was loud enough to be disturbing and as I mentioned didn't stop the whole of my 6 days stay!
The views were great and the staff was excellent. The restaurant was excellent!
The parking could be better, not everyone wants to valet or walk far. The elevators have a mind of their own and they need a separate elevator for freight.
