This golf resort is lovely all year long, but I personally LOVE it during the holiday season. My family (grandparents, parents, brother, and dog) booked two recently renovated rooms in their lodge last Christmas and it was so lovely. Overlooking an award winning golf course, both rooms came with a full kitchen and were fully furnished. We were also within walking distance from the resort's fitness centre that includes a pool and gym. For dining options, we were merely steps away from a quaint convenience store and cafe stocked with local goodies, an Italian bistro with delicious (and gluten friendly!) pizza, as well as a newly renovated restaurant and bar. Did I mention that there was also an outdoor skating rink ?!
Whether you're planning a staycation or an Okanagan getaway, this sparkling resort is a true gem. From an elevated spa and dining experience to their ongoing list of complementaries, Sparkling Hill is a rare combination of luxury and value. I may book a spa trip 1-2 times a year.
In my opinion, this is Kelowna's best boutique hotel. Their lakeside dining is always a treat and my family has been coming here to celebrate special occasions for years. From their boardwalk and lounge to the dining room, you're in for a culinary treat. Sunday brunch at Hotel Eldorado Sunday continues to be a local favourite for a reason.
