Hotel was new and super nice, had a quick trip for work and some adventure, and saw some friends as well! Gainesville is a pretty cool place!
10/10 do not recommend the snow and winter in Ohio, BUT, 10/10 do recommend that hot tub!
We stayed in the Phoenix IV for July 4th weekend, and had a blast!
