Ice machine was not working, toilet didn't flush properly, Low water pressure

Breakfast was a disaster. It was one coffee machine that didn’t work properly and one waffle maker which takes at least 3-4 minutes to prepare a waffle for you. These caused a line up in a very small area. These other thing is due to the small place for the breakfast, you should wait for a table to be available. Moreover, on last day of our stay, it was a fast leakage from the ceiling when the ac was on.

Staff was good and helpful

The accessible room really wasn't as well set-up as could be. I'm an accessible committee member so get the needs plus I'm disabled myself

Staff were efficient and friendly. Room was clean and ready when we arrived.

Pool area is very dated and dark

the staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is great for what we wanted.

The hotel is in desperate need of renovations. I asked for a two beds room and one of the beds made noise every time one would move. The AC wasn't that potent and we can tell that the bathroom counter has seen better days.

The hotel was very close to downtown

I didn't like that the slide was not working and the pool was not very clean. These teen age kids came in after school the days we were there and brought dish soup to make the slide slippy.
