Location

They vacuumed up my iPhone 15 charger and ruined the wire,They said they couldnt compensate me because the room was already paid in full,very disappointing, not great customer service.

The employees were professional and very nice. Informative for an out of towner. The location to the events I needed to get done were perfect.

The only gripe I had was the bed. It was very hard with little comfort tbh. Other than that, everything was good.
