Very noisy heater fan. Property needs updating! Scratched patched walls. decor looks like its from 70s. Its online as a luxury hotel. Nope

Comfortable, but no thought given to mirrors. No floor length mirrors in any of your Suites! Difficult for the Bride and

The suite was very nicebut there was only 1 mirror (the bathroom mirror!) We were there for our daughters Wedding and there was nowhere to see my whole dress as I was getting ready!! I went into the huge suite my daughter was inand NO FLOOR LENGTH MIRROR THERE EITHER!! Thats unbelievable!! The bride couldnt even see her full gorgeous Wedding gown!! I was very disappointed (as was the whole Wedding Party!) We couldnt see our dresses as we were getting ready!! And the guys needed floor length mirrors to get dressed as well!

Most of the stay was very happy with.

across from lake / Great View/ nice hotel beautiful inside / Rooms were pleasant .

My wife and I were there for our anniversary as we always take a three day trip this time of year. . My wife who never sets up a Spa treatment and we usually do a night out special dinner decided to do the at Hotel Spa and we would do Dinner the next evening. After 2 reminders during the week leading up to our stay. She heads down for her 7pm Spa at 730 she returns a with a No Call No Show from the Spa. While they did offer at 930pm an offer of doing the Spa the next day at 11:30am there was no way we were gonna again change our plans for the Spa. just a bit disappointed for my wife and certainly made the stay get of to a sour start. In addition the Hot tube had two long hairs in it before even got out bags unpackedj. eeek.l
