Comfortable bed could control temperature
Kids were partying all night and the staff wasn't very responsive In fact they knocked on my door when I'm trying to sleep and quiet as a mouse
Room furniture is outdated and needs to be updated.

Dated. It served its purpose.
Half the equipment in the gym didn't work, TVs didn't turn on and Peloton adjustment screws broken. Worst of all, my bed frame was broken. Mechanic came up to try and fix it but couldn't so I slept with the mattress on the floor. Claimed to be no other available rooms.
