Very clean rooms
Had to walk a mile to get to ur room n no access for luggage carts to get luggage to room.
staff would blatantly lie - I had a broken air conditioning unit in my room, and whenever I left, they told me it would be repaired or switched. I'd call to check on the status, told it was fix and it was not. They'd literally just turn it completely off.

Greed
There were places close to shop and eat near by.
The staff was pleasant neither helpful.
Wonderful, nice people work there! Pool and jacuzzi are nice; very clean place and great breakfast.
Everything.
I did not swim; pool looked a bit murky. Did not use jacuzzi; water in it was cold. Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the free breakfast. Staff was very pleasant.
Cleaning staff was obviously eager to finish their jobs. Created a rush environment for customers to leaving hotel. Breakfast was less than. Eggs overcooked. One patron walked barefoot in Breakfast room. I've seen scantier breakfasts.
