The fact that I only had to stay for one night.
This place is in poor condition and is not clean. The room I was assigned had an awful odor, like a family of neglested German Shepherds had been staying there. Clerk's solution was to spray commercial deodorant.

Decent price and good location. Front desk staff was very accomodating.
Could have been cleaned better. Bed was meh. Tenants' staying there for whatever duration were up all night long, in and out of the rooms', walking past room all night while having conversations you coukd hear entirely.

The room wasnt clean when I walked in it hasnt been swept or mopped and behind the refrigerator is very dirty and some sheets have a lil stain on them
