Four Points by Sheraton Suites Tampa Airport Westshore

Very comfortable beds and pillows. Size of suite. Refrigerator, microwave. Proximity to airport. Pretty nice lobby and varied seating areas. Very personable employees. Cleanliness of room and amenities in room/bathroom were nice. Furniture in good shape. Bathroom was obviously older but worked for 2 adults. Safe in room but we didn't use it. Po9ln)

Cold showers so requested room on lower floor which was granted without issue. That resolved the problem. Didn't care for food in restaurant. Slow service in restaurant but great servers. Building is "tired". Having to pay for parking.

Clean and big rooms, complementary water and coffee. some of the staff was exceptional, Veronica & Katharina, Gym was ok but small.

some front desk employees where unprofessional, almost rude, as I needed a transport to an important meeting and they were not able / willing to get a transport as promised the day before. The shuttle service just services the airport and international mall, not westshore mall, not complementary because you still tip the driver. I was explained that the shuttle leaves every 30 minutes to the airport, no scheduled pick up necessary, well I had to wait an extra 20 minutes to go to the airport..... Restaurant breakfast was great one day, second day the worst french toast (dry toast) I have ever eaten

The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, the beds were so comfortable. Lovely bar and restaurant in the hotel and I love the in door pool.

Bathroom was pretty small but it was nice overall.

This venue was nice and clean.

The bar cafeteria was good.

We wanted to use the indoor pool but the water was cold. Apparently something needed to be fixed. We wished there was a Jacuzzi but there was none.
