The staff were very nice and helpful. The location is great - walking distance to the main attractions and many restaurants and bars close by. They offered appertivo and breakfast for free which is a lot!
The hotel is pretty old. Beds are small and not so comfortable, but they do keep it clean so it's welcoming. Also when we arrived to the room it was very warm because the AC was off. You can't really close the curtains all the way so light came in in the morning.
The reception desk had a good host Selena, she was engaging and informative.
The beds were terrible, springs on the surface mattress in both rooms. The rooms had been sprayed with so much air freshener we had to sleep with the windows open and there is absolutely no sound proofing in the rooms. Large trucks driving down the street actually shook the beds at night.
Location, cleanliness, and staff were all great.
The charm of the building was lovely and the room was amazing. We called ahead to get a specific room reservation and it was perfect. Selina at the front desk was wonderful.
