Would recommend this hotel excellent position for universal plus free transport and international drive. Taxi to Disney about 25 mins roughly 17 quid each way cheaper then hiring car would definitely stay again
Pool closing when storm 5 miles away but for safety it had to be done. Alcoholic drinks similar to theme parks so bit expensive
Everything was wonderful! The property, amenities, service, and location were all great!!
I don't have any dislikes.
Here are a few things I especially liked: The shuttles to all the theme parks, including Epic Universe, run regularly. They’re spacious, convenient, and always have friendly drivers who know how to brighten your morning. On-site, there’s a Starbucks, a Universal store, and a food market where you can get fresh pizza straight from the oven. Most of these places are open until 11 PM, so you can always grab a tasty drink, a bite to eat, or pick up themed merchandise without having to carry it from the parks. The check-in process was quick, and the online check-out option made things even easier-no need to return your room key at the front desk. That really simplifies things. Overall, the hotel is convenient, well-located near all the theme parks, and comfortable enough for a pleasant stay.
What I didn’t like: During our previous stay, our dental floss went missing. We assumed housekeeping mistook it for trash and didn’t think much of it at the time. However, during this trip, my husband’s white tank top disappeared. Hotel staff suggested that it might have been mistaken for a towel or bed linen and accidentally sent to the laundry. But throughout our entire stay, it was never found. I’m starting to question whether these incidents were truly accidental. It’s possible these were minor thefts, so I would strongly recommend that guests keep all their belongings securely stored and out of sight. You can often hear your neighbors, especially if they decide to argue after 10 PM or have sex. This might be particularly important for families with children who don’t want to explain strange loud noises coming from the other side of the wall. Out of our 8-day stay, there was one day when housekeeping skipped our room entirely (you can see it in the photos that I attached to this review). We had to call the front desk and ask for a fresh set of towels to be delivered.
