Easy access to highway 84. Good breakfast. Great restaurant (5 corners bistro) 5 mins away.
Coffee a bit low on flavor
clean and lots of amenities
no complaints
The Hotel was very clean and everyone was so welcoming and friendly
My TV remote wasn't working. I texted several times to the front desk but did not get a reply. The texting link was to be used to communicate if questions or concerns
The quietness
The fact the ac in room didn't work, the tub water did not drain while showering and bed was horrible
Kyra was working the front desk and was wonderfully helpful and customer service oriented!
Everything was good!
Not much.
They refused to honor my pre-paid room - I had specifically paid for a room with two queen beds as I was traveling with my teenage daughter. They gave me a room with only one king bed which was completely inappropriate. The room had a door to an adjoining room which transmitted the noise from next door. They had music playing at 5:50 in the morning loud enough to wake us up. The following night I had to get security to intervene at 11:00 PM due to the noise. Their music woke us again at 5:30 the following morning. There's no reason the rooms should be so loud.
