Good location, tram outside and 5 minutes to centre. Staff were very nice.
Hotel next to a park and kids drinking until the early hours on the weekend so don't expect any sleep on a Friday and Saturday night until after 2.30!! Put in a box room to start with was roasting hot no air con and was unbearable, complained and moved to a room twice the size unsure why not put in there to start with as hotel was pretty empty. Stained bed sheet aswell!!
Location, nice room
No AC.
Small well apportioned room
Noisy Street Side Room - even though I requested a quiet room
Location OK, but this is anyway not relevant since the tram is one step from the doorway. The room was acceptable, but WITHOUT AC, just with one fan and that's it. The bathroom needs renovation. The floor of the room need renovation - it was damaged and dirty. The bed was comfort, but staying in the room was uncomfortable due to high temperature. First day bar with 1 tap water, 1 mineral water and 1 coke is OK, but should be refiled for the whole stay given the price. Breakfast was OK and enough for business stay, but minimal. it is definitely OVERPRICED and would recommend to check for alternatives.

The hotel itself was excellent — the location is beautiful, and the staff were truly wonderful, always friendly and helpful.
But unfortunately, there were a couple of things that made my stay less enjoyable. First, there was no air conditioning, and since I stayed during the summer, the room was extremely hot and uncomfortable. I wouldn’t repeat the experience in such weather. Also, on Booking it said that parking was available, but it didn’t mention that there’s an extra charge of 20 CHF per day. That was disappointing to find out only after I arrived.
Nothing.
I recently stayed at Leonardo Boutique Hotel Rigihof Zurich, which is marketed as a 4-star hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was far from that. I would rate it 1 star at best. The furniture in the room looked second-hand, as if it had been picked up from a junkyard. There was visible mold in the bathroom, and the floor skirting boards were broken. The radiators were stained and dirty, and overall cleanliness was seriously lacking. There were only two bedside lamps, and one of them was missing its shade. The lighting in the room was poor, making it feel even more uncomfortable. It looked nothing like the photos shown during the booking process — very misleading. The room was hot and humid, making it hard to breathe. There was only a cheap standing fan, which barely circulated any air. The overall atmosphere in the room felt unhygienic and unpleasant. To make things worse, the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable — it was extremely slow and disconnected frequently. The only positive aspect of the stay was the friendly staff. Unfortunately, their hospitality wasn’t enough to make up for the poor state of the room. I would not recommend this hotel and would advise others to look elsewhere when staying in Zurich.
