The staff was nice great location
Parking had 12 spots had to park so far away so late at night didn’t feel safe at all. Very thin walls could hear everything. Very old moldy smell in hotel which left me with a sore throat . Also blankets are scratchy and not comfortable would not stay again.
The room is very spacious and is equipped with a full size fridge, a microwave, and a very comfortable bed. It was clean, and the one I got was very silent. The staff overall is friendly, with the exception of one lady that worked the night shift on one of the nights of my stay.
The advertising of a parking lot is partially false. It is a small lot, with fewer than a dozen parking spaces. I was told I would not be charged for it as a courtesy because I stayed for five nights, but the truth is: you can't charge for what you cannot assure you can provide. There is one exclusive spot for electric cars, which was not used for one single day during my stay. Only on three of the five nights I slept at the hotel was I able to park at the property, and only because I got back early in the afternoon. If you arrive after 5 pm, there are no spots left. The other two nights I had to park in the parking garage next to the hotel, which is only open from 6 am to 10 pm and costs US$ 23,00 for the overnight. I suffer from Rheumatoid Arthritis, and in one night, I asked to park in that electric car spot - the only one that was available - because I was having a flare-up and was in pain. The lady at the front desk, a young woman who wears glasses, looked at me with a smirk, as if I were lying, and told me that if anyone with an electric car arrived, I would have to come downstairs and move my vehicle. I couldn't risk that happening in the middle of the night, so I spent half an hour roaming around looking for a place to park my car, because there was an event and all the parking spaces close to the hotel were filled. When I finally got one, I got back to the hotel, limping and with tears in my eyes. So, if you have a health condition that makes it imperative to have your car close to you, this may not be the right choice especially because none of the doors in the property are adequately aligned - not proper for wheelchairs, for instance.
