2nd time we have stayed At federal circle JFk pick up the phone put in the 2 appropriate numbers listed & then press the button . Speak to the hotel & they send the shuttle quickly Fridge in room . Good simply breakfast but failed to see the fridge below that had yogurts in it. Would stay again

All the staff was very friendly and helpful. And I mean everyone that we came in contact with that works there, in all areas. Not just the front desk.
The mattress was stiff would be my only complaint.
