The location was convenient to smokin guns saloon
Nope!
We stay at this hotel at least once or twice a year. ( we have relatives in Utica) It's convenient to everything and we can hop right back on to the thruway to return to Rochester.
They have up graded most of the rooms ( 2 years ago) The one we had Friday, was comfortable. The last few times we had a microwave and a small fridge. Not this time.
It was close to Stanley Theatre.
Sketchy looking. People were partying. The floor was so dirty that we had to wear our shoes the whole time. There was dirt on the floor, someone's snack packaging on the floor, and it was extremely sticky to walk on.
The staff are very helpful and kind
Easy to get to room. Room was clean
Disrepair outside. Room smelled like weed pretty sure, no smoking it said but definitely had a strong odor in room
It was the nicest Red Roof Inn if not the nicest Inn of any kind we've ever stayed in. The staff was very nice, and there was a sign on the counter stating "Dogs stay free". Since we were traveling with ours it was a plus.
Nothing I can think of.
