Very nice and helpful staff, beautiful view of New Haven, clean room parking was easy, and good coffee in the room. We were just passing through for the night but would have loved to stay a little longer!
Very convenient location in heart of New Haven, close to I 95 and Yale.
There is an ongoing problem with the exit gate at their garage. It never opens. If you bring a car, use valet parking. I don’t understand why the management does not invest in better technology.
Fantastic stay. Fab location for Yale. Staff super friendly and nice little extra Yale touches during graduation week with Yale decorations and a reception in the foyer. Would highly recommend

Hotel and rooms a bit dated. Bathroom a bit cramped. Expensive for what you got although I suspect this was mainly due to limited hotel space during graduation. If you are coming during graduation week then book at least a year in advance if you can.
