I went to a restaurant for breakfast
Super clean
Upon pulling in everything looked good.
I checked in and ten minutes later checked out. I realized they did not take dogs and went directly back to hand in my keys. I told the gentleman and he said to contact booking.com. They said the hotel can make the refund. That was on 2/23, 2 emails to later and now 3/7 still no refund. Bad customer service, they do not answer back. Very disappointed!
