Our room the manager checked us into early morning turned out to have feces in the flooring and they knew about it but just sprayed deortorizer when we called that evening after traveling 10 hrs and being out all day. We smelled it after the temperatures heated up. We didnt notice it immediately because in the morning we would leave and not come back until late at night except one day and this is when the smell was obvious during the day because Wisconsin is cold in morning. Terrible management rude and called police because we asked to be compensated for the housekeeping manager was the only one who tried to help but it was after 3 days of going back and forth she said we need to get you out of that toxic room. We moved on the 4 th day
