The staff were so accommodating and helpful!!

For the price it was as I expected. CLEAN, but mold from a leaky showerhead in the bathrooms for example. It had everything we needed. The fridge worked, the AC worked, the beds had clean sheets and fresh towels were in the bathroom. It had all the basics and a very helpful staff.

Sheets were clean

Terrible entryway. Use a key card or a phone to be buzzed in. Seemed unsafe. The halls and rooms reek of cigarette smoke.

Bedding was disgusting

This was the only hotel walking distance to the Polish Festival which was the purpose of our trip

The neighborhood was a bit seedy. A lot of vagrants around which made it uncomfortable at night. The hotel locks all side doors so you can only use the main entrance. The room with the vending machine is locked and you need to request a key from the front to use them. The room wasn't terrible at first. A little dirty but nothing horrible until the next morning when we saw roaches in the bathroom. That is disgusting. We left behind any food we had purchased, shook out our clothing and got the heck out of there. We will never come back here.

The location that’s literally it, was easy to get where I needed to be.

The lady at the front desk was rude and wasn't listening to anything I was trying to tell her about my stay. She was definitely ill experienced when it comes to dealing with the public I wish I remembered her name but I don't forget a face I work in customer service and I definitely know the difference between someone who wants a check and someone who likes their job. she definitely wasn't a pero who even liked people . And I didn't get my deposit back
