Our room was very spacious. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area events and restaurants.
The room was great and the location was perfect.
The only fault I could make was the room TVs were awful (we had 2). They were both Android TVs. One didn't work at all, the other was really hard to figure out what was on live TV. No information found on any channel. We didn't go there to watch TV so no big deal
Location, staff, restaurant spa.
The main hotel is beautiful with a beautiful lobby and very nice staff. Great location close to everything but not on the main drag. Our room in the farmhouse had a nice sitting area with a small kitchenette. The bathroom had nice soaps.
We stayed in the original farmhouse. The room faced a very busy road and it was very noisy all night long. The bed and pillows were thin. The shower was built awkwardly and the door was off track so it was hard to close it. The surfaces of the bathroom didnt look like they had been cleaned for a while and there was a dusty non-working makeup mirror wasting space in the bathroom. There was a Keurig in the kitchen but it was obvious it had not been cleaned for a while as I found a large coating of dust in the water compartment. I had to take a bathroom towel and scrub before I used it. The plumbing made noises at odd times so it seemed in need of repair. There is a very steep and narrow staircase to get to the bedrooms.
Everything was very clean and nice. We enjoyed walking around the property.
The garden area did not have enough lighting in the evening.
Front desk staff were amazing! Kind, friendly and professional
Television cable service was awful. TV picture was not clear
