Comfort Inn New Holland Amish Country

The convenience of location to different places and the cleanliness of rooms. Our bed was comfortable.

It just needs some updating. The grounds outside was dirty and not maintained properly. That could be a turn off to travelers.

I stayed at the same hotel chain in Rehoboth beach just before this trip, and that stay was excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Unfortunately, this location didn’t meet the same standard. I was really disappointed with my stay at this location. The bathroom was especially bad and didn’t seem properly cleaned, and had a strong unpleasant smell -like urine. which made the whole experience uncomfortable. I hope management takes steps to improve cleanliness and overall upkeep.

Breakfast was great.

The hotel was very clean. From the lobby to the room and where complimentary breakfast was served all looked very clean. The location was perfect. Right next door to restaurants.

The smell of cow manure and horse poop on the roads when we got to our destination. But it’s expected if you’re in Amish country. The hotel decor is outdated but who cares it was clean and comfortable.

Location

The building is in need of a complete renovation , the bathroom door was coming apart the curtains were torn up and they couldn’t be sealed up. The toilet seat was broken and there were multiple lights out. The breakfast bar was a joke.
