The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable with good pillows.
The breakfast was unsatisfactory. I expected much better.
Value for money. Close to my activities
Breakfast was okay but the waffle machine did not work properly
Not much. The lobby was clean and updated so when we checked in we thought it was going to be a nice stay but we were very disappointed
We traveled to mystic as a family for a party. We could have made it a day trip or stayed with friends but decided to make a vacation out of it because my daughter loves to swim and I love hotel breakfast. We were VERY disappointed by both. The pool was too cold to use for long so we didn't even bother going back in in the morning (making the trip short and almost pointless). The hot tub was closed and gross with a giant bug in it, and the pool towels were just big enough for a toddler. The breakfast was even possibly worse than the pool, they didn't even have water!! Unless you count their waffle batter or coffee as the water because they pretty much were. Overall the breakfast was limited and poor quality. The facilities were old and dirty looking with water marks/damage in many places, chipped tiles on every tile part of the floor and old yucky looking carpets on the rest. If you have any fear of elevators, don't go near this one! It was a waste of money and a weekend, would not recommend for any aspect and will definitely never stay again. Bad rap for Wyndham hotels
