The staff was accommodating by allowing us to check in early to dress for a wedding.
A few things were dated, but overall a pleasant stay for what we needed.
It was very clean, staff was very helpful and friendly, breakfast was good.
I didn't like being on the 2nd floor w/no elevator. I realize that 12-15 steps aren't many for most but certain health conditions can make that task a bit challenging for some. I get it if you're completely booked, but if you're not, come on.
Location was nice since it was right off the interstate highway.
When I made the reservation I asked for a top floor room since I was a woman traveling along. I received an email indicating that my request would be honored but the desk staff would not honor it. Also, the room was cold and only a thin blanket on the bed meant that I was cold all night. Here is a copy of the request honor.
