The bed was comfortable
Where to start. I didn't like that the guy on the desk walked into my room without knocking – twice – to do something (supply me with extra pillows, or some such). The bathrooms are strictly segregated, which sucked as a non-binary person. I was placed on the mens floor, but was told I 'had' to use the womens bathroom. Heads up; there's no lift, so good luck with carrying your luggage up and down. As you'd expect, the wifi was almost non-existent. Quite the waste of $200 for a private room.
Good location, nice blend of people staying. Staff are friendly and every part of the facilities work well.
WiFi wasn’t in the boys bunk room but no biggie :)
Fantastic location to explore the old city. Subway to the city centre/airport just round the corner. The bed was exceptionally comfortable which I did not expect!! Rocky music a nice touch! Showers clean and easy to use. Ironing board also available.
The location, the stuff so helpful and so kind, the common space and the kitchen are big, nice for gathering! The shared room are good too..
The floor is disguisting, it’s sticky and a lot of hair everywhere! The toilet are clean but the floor really need to be clean often with a mop and cleaning product! Some furniture (sofa) also are so old and need to be change
The facilities were very clean and well maintained.
I did not appreciate that when the male staff came into the girls dorms, they either said nothing or very quietly said they were entering. I wish each bunk had a curtain for all the way around it instead of just a quarter.
The pool table was surprisingly one of the best I’ve played on in a long time. Wish I stayed longer just to shoot pool.
I stayed in a 10 room dorm, i would have stayed in a 4 room dorm. More people, more noise. The metal bunk beds creak profusely, and people are considerate of you sleeping after hours.
