Glendale Express Hotel

This hotel met my family's expectations.

We got a downgrade on our room. The supervisor said they will provide a discount. Still waiting to see what the outcome will be.

They did not honor the online price I ordered (called it a glitch) and then tired to charge me more than 200 percent of online price and 30 percent more than what hotels near me on google showed they were charging. Very dishonest and did not get a hold of me to even let me know there was a problem until 9pm of the night I was to check in.

Noisy air con, bathroom fan always ran, ice machine outside door, bed uncomfortable with one pillow

the location was awesome so close to freeway and walking distincts to shopping and restaurants,

the friendliness that is the most important, cleaningness, the pool and hot tube were amazing

Everything was great

Price, location, free parking, WiFi, pool and room is ok.

Old, needs redone. No hot water. We couldnt even get inside of our room with the key. Towels are cheap and thin. Bed is rockhard. Im not a picky person but this hotel needs redone.

. Just Coffee. All the staff was kind & helpful.

No breakfast. Just pop tarts and Coffee. No closets or place to put our clothes. Had to live out of Suitcases for 5 days.
