Comfort Inn - Pocono Mountain

The room hadd an updated appearance.

1. The room was NOT as clean as it should have been!! 2. There was NO game room access as advertised!! 3. The "Hang Out" attached resturaunt/bar was NOT accessible as advertised. 4. The indoor pool was not what it was advertised to be!! 5. The beds were horribly uncomfertable!! 6. A GROUP OF INDIVIDUALS... who appeared to be the owners... or family of... took over the entire back entrance of the hotel... making paying guests feel extremely uncomfortable entering or exiting the building... 7. Key card access doors in and out of hotel were inoperable... doors were left ajar for anyone to enter. 8. Front desk employee very rude... acted as if it was killing her to do her job... upon arrival I about peed my pants waiting to ask for a restroom... and the woman would not even acknowledge me!!

Awesome staff. Breakfast was decent. Close to the highway and easy to get in/out. Kids loved the pool.

Floors in rooms need to be cleaned better. We had two separate rooms with friends and both weren't swept/mopped prior to arrival.

Overall good

No room cleaning. was told that no room cleaning on weekends. The check in was not smooth. Rooms were not ready and had to wait.

Loved the two beds, the efficient air, the lemon water in the entry, the yummy full breakfast, the great TV choices, the friendliness of the front desk gal and janitorial staff.

Wish there was a hot tub. Exterior a bit old-looking but okay.

Grounds were in poor condition. Rooms needed a bit of maintenance upgrade.

The room was not clean and was disgusting. The hotel wasn't very clean and had a funny smell. Did not stay and had to email the manager for refund but haven't heard back from them.
