Country Inn & Suites by Radisson West Bend WI

Staff were helpful, and important things were clean, like bathroom and bedding.

The cooling/heating controls under windows were filthy. No one seems to clean them, even though everyone touches them. The mirrors had been wiped with a dirty rag and were smeary.

Looks like it is being updated. It was very clean. The staff was very friendly.

Looks like some of the updates still need to be completed.

Cardboard cart in hallway. It was there Friday to Sunday. Never moved.

Very nice room and comfortable bed. Clean.

When I arrived, Debbie, at the desk said I didn't have a reservation. Didn't even look me in the eye and seemed in a hurry to leave. I ended up calling BOOKING.COM to see what happened. They called the hotel and call was answered by someone else who I could hear yelling at them on the phone. She did, however, find my reservation. They were both rude to other customers as well

Booking.com didn't get the confirmation number in time. so we never actually got to stay there. I've tried to contact them, and I haven't heard back from them. I feel that they should reimburse me the money that I paid.
