Courtyard by Marriott Wilmington Downtown

When I arrived at the property on Thursday 19th June at roughly 10:30pm at night I was unable to be booked in because of a 'computer issue'. I waited for 30 minutes and nothing was resolved. I asked to cancel my booking as I had my children with me and needed to get them into a hotel room. The book was not cancelled and I have been charged for a room I did not use because I couldn't be checked in!

Arrived to be told they gave my room away. I’m receiving this email asking for my review BUT was told they had no contact info to notify me that I wasn’t going to be staying there. No compensation offered for the inconvenience of not being downtown.

Very dirty with construction going on, should be closed during construction. Hallways smelled like marijuana. Staff at desk not to friendly. I asked for a complimentary bottle of water and they said, " the gift bags are not for "regular" members.

See above The food was good but very overpriced! The server was very nice. Parking was 16.50 Also tub surface very slippery and no mat or grab rails, very dangerous.

I did not get to stay at the hotel. I arrived after a 2 hour drive only to be told that the hotel was over booked and I was sent to another hotel that they said was 7 minutes away. The other hotel was actually 15 minutes from my event and was dirty and nasty.
