The air unit was not working correctly. Staff said they would send a mechanic and they never did. The water in the room wasn't working so we couldn't use it. Or shower the day we needed to. They didn't fix an the issues and didn't offer a way to fix it

Heard semi trucks all night long with jake brakes and blowing horns. It was like there was no wall to the room. Definitely not insulated well.
