The property looks nice and it is very clean and the staff is friendly
The curtains was falling, the bed was like sleeping on a board, the light bulbs in the bathroom at the vanity is burned out, shower door leaked all over the bathroom floor.
Close to locations we wanted to visit. Room clean and comfortable
Desk was never staffed. No bell. Had to wait and call and wait and call louder for someone to finally come out to assist. However staff were friendly and helpful. I think the issue is they have to multitask so there is no dedicated desk person. Because there was no one at the desk I left a note for cleaning services. This was ignored, no cleaning service was provided.
