Location and few staff who were helpful

Very unorganised Short of linen everyday and seems the maid don?t follow the check list because we always had to ask for stuff that should have been provided. Roti very dry and no rice in the breakfast menu. Rice would be nice. Maids very slow and lazy

The front desk staff need training or something, absolute shambles and disorganised. Rooms in the old building are filthy, the cleaners seem to take little pride in their work. Often run out of linen and towels.

As all other people we met in Fiji the staff were friendly and very smiley. Look location all thought the hotel is located in industrial area but close to Main Street where you find all kind of shops, a mall, even a MacDonalds Food was good and pool area nice and clean.

Clean, beautiful, love the cultural history, great location, room size was perfect for 2 people, love the dining room view. Conference room is provided. Bar area was a decent size, with a outdoor area/tv/pool table.

Great pool area, rooms were good and clean. Staff were so friendly and helpful.

Would not recommend the spa as it is dirty and not good facilities. Girl was lovely but didn't give a good massage, and facial was not up to standard either. Not value for money.
