Clean
Nothing
It took them 12 hours to fix the door lock, while all the time we were not able to leave the room. In the evening they said they needed to replace the battery and then they disappeared. When I rang reception the next morning their notes said the privacy lock was on, which was not the case. Very poor service
The staff was extremely nice! And perfect location.
The shower pressure was not good at all and hot tub blew cold water from the jets.
Good location, Wegmans across the street.
A bit pricey
The property was aesthetically pleasing overall. I especially liked the way the breakfast area was set up, it was clean, organized, and visually appealing. The guest bathrooms on the first floor were also well designed and maintained. Additionally, the room layout was practical and comfortable.
Unfortunately, our experience at the property was disappointing. We stayed in Room 403, and the cleanliness upon arrival was unacceptable. There was a strong, unpleasant odor as soon as we walked in. The pullout bed was dirty and had leftover pretzels inside the couch, presumably from previous guests. The bathroom clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned. The trash can next to the toilet still had a used loofah and a couple of old toothbrushes inside, and there were two used towels left in the corner of the bathroom. The floor also had used cotton swabs scattered around. The main bed had visible stains, so we had to lay towels over it for hygiene reasons. Unfortunately, there were no clean towels in the room at all—no bath towels, no face towels, and no soap either. We had to go downstairs to request all of these items. It was uncomfortable having to ask for so much, and the staff didn’t make the experience any better. The woman at the front desk rolled her eyes at us when we asked for basic necessities, and the man working the morning shift at checkout was similarly unpleasant. When we requested a late checkout (just an hour later), he sighed and complained that he couldn’t get any work done because we were still there. The condition of the room itself was poor. Furniture was worn out, the dresser was peeling, some of the lamps didn’t work, and it just felt neglected. Breakfast also didn’t meet expectations. While the setup looked nice, the food quality was lacking. The potatoes were undercooked, the chicken sausage looked pale and unappetizing, and the juices were very bitter. They also served egg and cheese omelettes, but unfortunately, they were extremely overcooked—so firm it felt like biting into a boiled egg. They were difficult to eat and simply not enjoyable, so they ended up going to waste. The only bright spot was that the waffle machine worked.
