Breakfast was great…needed more close sitting for disabled…only one table
Shower in bathroom was a leaky mess. Need disability rail in toilet area not just shower.
Nice spacious rooms.
Floor was extremely sticky both days we went to get breakfast! Clearly need a thorough cleaning!
The size of the room was great, bed wonderful and having a lounge area was wonderful as well. Bed was super comfy.
I couldn't get a full nights sleep both nights. The first night someone was running up and down the hall outside my room in the middle of the night and banging doors, second night my neighbors got locked out and maintenance were banging the door incessantly for over 45 min. i had no idea what was happening and was quite scared waking up to that. The front desk didn't know what was happening either when I called down and they didn't think to inform me b/c they didn't want to disturb anyone, though of course that's what ended up happening. I came because I had a medical issue to take care of and needed rest and relaxation after the treatment and I definitely didn't get it or the service I expected. 1 of the 3 elevators weren't working for the entirety of my stay, though they said they were working on it, and with it being such a large hotel you'd have to wait at least 10 or more minutes for the elevator (stairs weren't that straightforward but I ended up figuring them out) so I ended up having to go up to go down in the end the day I left because they were always packed with no space. So if you don't have anywhere to go in the mornings and are ok with not getting that much rest at night this is a great place. Or if you're a solid pass out sleeper and nothing disturbs you go for it. For me personally paying what I did and having to pay for parking as well because there isn't close off street parking, it wasn't worth the free breakfast (though it was quite good!). As my rental car place said, free breakfast attracts everyone so take that into account.
Good breakfast with custom omelettes every day. Helpful staff. Very quiet. Good bar. Good bed and shower. Nice couch.
Pillows were not supportive. Could have had more pastries. Ridiculous gift shop prices. Not many other restaurants nearby.
That it was clean and they had a great breakfast option they offered.
That the elevators took a really long time to.
It’s very clean and comfortable!
