The hold we put on the room while we were there should have been refunded within 10 business days. It has been a month and we still have not gotten our money back. The number provided for the motel is not in service.

Arrived at the hotel and no one was there. Entire place was locked. Paid for the stay but didnt get to stay here
The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

Location was convenient and. Not far from our destination.
Be able to contact the hotel to see about extending our stay for another night. And our sink was clogged in #109. They were to come to check it out and never did. Not much of a breakfast offered.
