EVERYTHING......Door latch was broken off, Toilet backed up and wouldn't flush, Bed was like laying on springs or a board, no extra blankets, lighting terrible seems like 2 watt lights and dark, rooms was extra small compared to the pictures and no clock
Very easy and friendly check in, room was better than I expected, bed was clean and very comfortable and location was very good.
the bathroom door was nearly off its hinges and had the large top hinge pin missing which put pressure on the wood screws holding the hinges to the door frame.
Super hotel comfortable and very clean.
Maybe just the distance because it's pretty far from Venice Beach if you wanna go by walk but there is a bus not far from the hotel.
The room was spacious, small kitchen area was super helpful and the location is perfect to reach Venice beach by foot.
A little cosmetic remodelling would help a lot, especially bathroom area, it looks very dusty and tired. Fan in the room also needs some cleaning.
The location was great.The Room was clean and The owner very helpful to us. Very recommend!
