Location was great for walking. Staff was very helpful.
The property was dated.
Great location, and parking is very easy. In the morning the front desk attendant was so nice and accommodating. I wish all the staff were as kind and helpful as he was.
The best word I can think of to use is “dinky”. I got a deluxe king room for $330 on Booking.com and they put me in a room so small I didn’t have enough room to roll my bags in, let alone put them anywhere. After being on hold for 10 minutes I finally went down and the person at the desk gave me an attitude about wanting to switch. The second room was a room worth about $150 based on the accommodations. Ice machine was broken and we had no cups, when I called the front desk they said I’d have to get it myself. While I understand they’re shorty staffed, I’m paying a lot of money to stay there. I would have been less upset if the price matched the quality of the hotel. The night that we stayed you could book the place for $210, so I’m not sure why it was so much on Booking.com (and no they wouldn’t price match). Paid for a 4-5 star room but got a 2 star experience.
Enjoyed your breakfast and the building of history and beauty.
I really had to be cold in my room. There was not not a way to stop the fan. I tried to put over and hardly worked. I am thin and old. I might not be able to be so cold.
Earlier breakfast.
No coffee station. But that would be nice
