Facility is not flexible with booking. I shortened my stay due to emergency, but there was no refund

everything. no cleaning service, when I asked about trash the lady at the desk handed me a trash back and said deal with it. random people on drugs and fighting every day and night. mattresses were very hard and dirty. I was there a week and no service to change out towels or bed sheets. leg under the sink was broken.
