This hotel is disgusting!! Dirty linens, no wash clothes or towels, no tissue, no housekeeping. Bad odor. We found clumps of hair on the linen, and when I showed management, they did absolutely nothing about it!! No clean linens our whole stay!!

Basically everything else. The buildings furnitures and facilities looks like they haven’t been upgraded in the last 2 decades. Neither of the rooms I stayed in had clean facilities. There was a ring of disgust in our toilet. The drain switch was faulty so you had to keep pressing it to drain the water. Wood trims were clearly peeling off the wall. Dust and rust everywhere. Bolts were half unscrewed off the wall. Bathroom vent wasn’t working. Both of our 2-bed rooms had only 2 towels even though we indicated that we had 6 guests total. Used toiletry from previous guests were not disposed of. Phone was not functional. Gym and pool were extremely untidy. Awful mildew mixed with smoke smell that varied room to room. Garbage pile up in outdoor trash receptacles because management insisted that guests take out their own trash if the room trash was full. I have no idea how this place is still open. I

I am 50 years old and have gone to many hotels but this is the WORSE EVER. I beg you please please do not book anyone to go to this place. Trust me they will regret it, they will get sick. I booked a stay at this hotel from June 12-14, 2025 but had to leave a few hours on the same day after checking in. The entire place is dirty from the outside to the lobby area, to the room, the bathroom was dirty and had a bad oder. The room smelled very bad. My room was smelling so bad I had to go to Walmart to get lysol to spray the room but that made it smell worse. I felt like I couldn't breath. The sheets were dirty, there were big dirt stains on the carpet. In the hallway there was an area with a vending machine that had water draining from it with dirty towels on the floor. While walking into the lobby there was a man sitting on the step at the entrance smoking. I had to leave, I couldn't stay, I got a soar throat from being there. When checking out I was told I would be refunded but was not. I called on Sunday morning June 15 and spoke with a male individual who said he was the manager, I explained the situation and he you said to me "you will not get a refund, if you were uncomfortable with the room you could have changed the room and he just hang up the phone". No apologies, nothing. But it wasn't just the room, it was the entire place. I am not a person who complain about things I'm an easy going person and most times try to make things work but I could not stay at this place. It seems like a sex shop and not an hotel. I will be reporting you guys to the Health Department because this is very unsanitary. And will also be posting this on all social media platform.

Everything was bad, nothing good. Everywhere dirty, everywhere smelling verybad. People sitting and smoking on the steps at the entrance of the lobby. Poor and rude treatment from the manager.
