There is no staff after 11pm. Got locked out of room and couldnt get in. Had to look for a room elsewhere for the night. Water stream in shower not just a drip but a stream of continuous water running. There were roaches in the room. No towels
I stayed Sunday thru and extend it with this reservation. I am in a wheelchair and having surgery required some assistance get my chair out of the back of the car. As well as taking my things inside to my room check in & out. I love how friendly, helpful the staff was. I hate to ask for help even if I really need it. I am stubborn and always unsure or fearful to ask for help. Ashanti, made me feel at ease and that it was okay to ask for assistance without feeling like I'm a nuisance. This last night (I have a rare disorder where it can go 0-60 & need 911) I was starting to get sick faster than I could get everything together since I was to check out in the morning. It's 10pm I did as much as I could. Ashanti came and got the few things left gathered up for me and took everything out to my car. By this point 911 was required. She took my wheelchair to my car emt didn't want to take time for it. They kindly allowed my car to set safely in the lot while I was in the hospital. Giving me peace & mind while I was in icu/hospital. Thank you, Ashanti and all the staff (sorry I can't remember everyone's name) Thank you for your help, Thanks y'all.
Just thought to help improve the hotel stay for me as a handicap solo travel.. Didn't have any kitchen equipment (besides a tiny pan, spatula bigger than pan, tiny can opener). Unsafe to impossible to microwave anything from a wheelchair or if you are vertically challenged individual without the chance of burning yourself. Carpet in the halls, makes it hard to wheel in a wheelchair quickly. Maybe if handicap rooms could be closer to trash, laundry, not long carpet halls. Or have a service or assistance carry clothes for you back & forth. I was scared I wouldn't be able to get everything out of laundry ect. I am stubborn and feel bad to ask for help unless I know that it is a extra service they might make available to handicap individuals. I believe the room I ended up staying in wasn't handicap accessible room. But because this was on ground floor, closest to wheel to front desk and outside etc. It was accessible to everything (except microwave ) but made bathing tricky. But I greatly appreciate them trying to make things easier for me. Thank you, thank you.

Nothing.
There were a bunch of people hanging around the hotel. They were yelling, screaming, smoking weed. I didn?t even stay in the hotel I left after I saw that.
