Great experience. Staff hotel was amazing.
This hotel is a VERY pleasant surprise. It is probably the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff is very friendly, it's centrally located downtown in an area that is gentrifying but very safe to walk to. There was a farmers market on a block away on the Saturday i was there that I stumbled over. A new ice cream shop with homemade ice cream is two blocks away and the best ice cream I've ever had. It's called Buzzed Bull Creamery and it's expensive but worth every penny. A funky gallery featuring 80 hometown artists is a few steps down. The only negative is there was no publiclty at the hotel about the farmers market etc. so perhaps the local vendors need to go introduce themselves to the staff and drop off flyers. Mattress was high quality, sheets high quality, rooms clean, staff fantastic, just a great experience.
Breakfast buffet woudl be nice but was not available and of course, no parking.
Location was good, room was a decent size and clean. The parking was free which was a pleasant change from other hotels we stayed at.
Property was old and undergoing renovation while we were staying. A/C in the room was very noisy. The coffee and tea facilities were basic but they didn’t give you any water so you couldn’t make any unless you bought your own. The “shop” downstairs would sell you water at an inflated rate. Was quite disappointed to be “nickel and dimed” like that considering the cost of the room
The property was clean and attractive. Nicole at the front desk was very helpful.
Too few parking spots on site.

No hot water at my sink
