Location and staff
The hallway have no air conditioning. No exhaust fans in the bathroom. The pillows on the couch had horrible stains. The couch itself had suspicious stains and so did the phone. As far as the restaurant goes, had to go through 10 plates on the buffet to find a plate that wasn't dirty. Waitresses shorthanded not enough time to serve everyone.

We liked the staff's accommodating responsiveness to address our concerns in the restaurant during our breakfast.
The hot food on the buffet bar was cold; however, the staff readily remedied the situation. The chef brought out hot food which was excellent service!
