Great price and amenities, no bugs or anything alarming, free breakfast!

Our toilet would run endlessly sometimes so it made noise, the bathroom fan didn't always work, the hairdryer didn't work, the sink was difficult to turn off, and the room had an odor.

The staff at this hotel was rude and we added the day prior to to our existing 2 day reservation. After day 1 they packed our stuff and set it in the lobby and then tried to charge us again for a new reservation after original was already paid.

The website listed breakfast but there wasn't any. Also, the room was very musty smelling.

The front desk clerk was rude, condescending and had an attitude. Refused to honor the email agreement from the company stating I had requested and they had approved an early check in. Tried to tell me to return at 11am after I had spent 12 hours overnight driving from Kansas city. DO NOT STAY HERE. I will be disputing the charge and requesting to be refunded for the stay they refused to give and forced me to go elsewhere.

No staff on premises. You have to call another number to check in. Room was disgusting and smelled like old cigarettes and chemical pesticides. We walked in and left immediately after checking the room.

It had no breakfast and had no iron but want to charge the rates I paid that is unacceptable in my opinion
