The lounge atmosphere was nice and comfortable.

Billing was not nice. After I checked-out I was charged for items I did not consume. Getting in touch with the hotel was hard, since they only provide a phone number (which is not nice for out-of-US tourists). Additionally, I was not told that the credits I received could only be used all at once. I consumed at the bar, and than at breakfast, but only to find out that the second one I had to pay, even if both together were within the available amount. Additionally, the pre-authorization took a long time to be reverted back. If I had not had all this problems, all related to billing, my review would have been better.

The hotel decor was funky and interesting. House coffee in the mornings too

The room with extra bed was very difficult to move around in. Room size appropriate for 2 but tight with 4 persons
