The breakfast was very good. The hotel had natural timber look and an amazing greenery. The staff were very friendly and very obliging. The room was quite spacious and I liked the separate shower and toilet.
The room was very dark and although you could open the windows during the day, it didnt have a see-through curtain, so people could see you if you had the blockout curtains opened. Could do with extra lighting.
Super cool concept, loved the jungle lobby, the spa and the breakfast were fantastic spa and the room very spacious and comfy.
Liked the facilities, food, drinks, staff, rooms ambience and style of the place.

My wife and I want to express our sincerest and heartfelt thank you to all of the hotel staff that we came in contact with including but not limited to Tess, Lima, Chantals, Sinl, Ayla and Noha and the young lady that checked us in Sunday. I trust the spelling is correct. I wish I had everyones name to give them a shout out. Dont forget the bartender and Polish lad at 8th floor bar. We checked out this morning. Your staff should be commended for their professional customer service attitudes. No one ever says no we cant to it. They will say I dont know but I will check with my colleagues and return with an answer. Someone worked with my wife on our first full day morning Monday I think for a long time to educate her on site seeing activities, public transportation access, and a general overview of the Amsterdam area. We observed how everyone pitches in, multitasking to do whatever is necessary to enhance and maximize the guest experience. When I asked for directions to the nearest post office to mail a package home, Tess told us about the package mailing service offered by the hotel that saved us a trip to the post office and added the charges to our bill. Its extremely refreshing to receive this level of service today. So, we stand up and cheer, clap our hands and holler thank you for making our stay wonderful and memorable.
