The hotel advertised a pool which was freezing cold and the pool room .the heavy smell of chlorine which made your eyes burn and your throat the children was coughing non stop.. gym didnt work no waffles horrible breakfast to go only and the dogs that ba
Other guest were loud
They went above to give us a room with handicap in it and our dog was welcomed what they have done with the place from when we stayed there a couple years ago is great and they say they are not done yet very friendly
Just that they need shower chairs
Hot tub broken, mattress needs to be replaced. Pool unusable 2nd night.

The shower curtain rod (in room 106) needs repairing as brackets are loose, so rod drops down, and curtain slides from the ends to center resulting in wet floors after showering.
